Refund policy
The effective return of any product purchased through www.lumai.com.mx is governed by the following policies:
*No returns or exchanges apply for discounted products.
- All our products go through quality control before being shipped. They are carefully packed so that the customer receives the product in perfect condition.
- We do not accept returns of accessories, but we do accept exchanges for any damage that may have been caused during shipping. We ask that the merchandise is verified when the customer receives it and that the customer notifies us via e-mail within 24 hours of receipt.
- Photographs and description of the damaged part must be sent to our e-mail info@lumai.com.mx the same day of receipt.
1. The deadline for the customer to return a product will be 15 calendar days from the time the purchase was made.
2. The product must be complete, in perfect condition for sale and with original accessories (if applicable).
3. To proceed with the return must send an email to lumaijerelry@gmail.com with the following information:
In case the exchange is accepted, any expenses generated from it, is the responsibility of the customer.
5. LUMAI will be waiting to physically receive the returned product to prove that it meets the return specifications:
- That the product has not been used, since LUMAI can not be responsible for the use that is given to the product
- That the product is in good condition
- That the product matches the purchase order.
6. Once the return is credited, product changes can be made as follows:
- Partial return: change of size or color within the same model will be processed a direct return (subject to availability).
- Full return: the amount of the product of the original purchase will be credited to the customer's account that can be used to purchase a different product or as a credit balance for future purchases. The balance is exclusive to the account of the user who made the purchase through LUMAI.
7. In no case will be refunded to the customer in cash or by bank transfer. The refund is made exclusively as a credit balance in the user's account registered in LUMAI.
8. In case of full refund will be granted the bonus of the amount of the product of the original purchase. You can buy a product of greater value to the bonus amount and cover the difference by the payment method you select.
We reserve the right to modify or change return policies at any time, so please check back frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. If we make significant changes to this policy, you will be notified that it has been updated via e-mail.
We are not financially responsible for lost packages or packages sent to the wrong address if the error was the customer's fault.
