1 Where can I find LUMAI?

A: LUMAI has two branches in Torreon Coahuila:

Paseo de la Rosita 563-A Colonia Campestre la Rosita CP 27250, Torreon Coahuila, Mexico. Monday to Friday from 11:00-14:00hrs 16:00-20:00hrs Saturdays from 11:00-14:00 hrs. Sundays CLOSED


2. What are the forms of payment allowed?

A: We accept PayPal, credit or debit card, SPEI transfer and OXXO deposits.



3. How long do I have to make my payment by SPEI or OXXO?

A: 48 hours after the order is placed, otherwise it will be automatically cancelled



4. What destinations do you ship to and what courier do you use?

A: At the moment we only ship to all the Mexican Republic and we use Estafeta or Redpack.



5. How long does it take for shipments to be processed and arrive?

A: Once the order has been paid, the time to prepare the order is 1 to 2 business days.

Afterwards, an email is sent to the customer confirming that the package is on its way and the delivery times are as follows:

Torreon 1 to 2 business days. Local parcel service is used.

Rest of the Republic: Standard is from 3 to 6 business days and Express from 1 to 2 business days. The Tracking Number will be included in the shipping confirmation.

*Clarifications:

For shipments in Torreon there are only two delivery attempts, in case no one can receive the package it will have to be picked up at the store without refund of the shipping cost.

For shipments in the rest of the Republic we cannot be responsible in case there is no one who can receive the package. If the package is returned to LUMAI the customer will have to pay for the cost of reshipment.

In case of bad weather it is likely that delivery times will be delayed.

We are not financially responsible for lost packages or packages sent to the wrong address if the error was made by the customer.

Orders placed on Saturday will be processed until Monday or the next business day.



6. Can I cancel my order?

A: Yes you can, as long as it has not been paid or has been shipped. For cancellations you should send an email as soon as possible to lumai.jewelry@gmail.com, as subject "Cancellation and Order No.".



7. Do you accept exchanges and/or refunds and are they included in my order?

A: Yes we accept exchanges and/or refunds* The refund is made exclusively as credit balance in the user's account registered in LUMAI. For more information please see our Return Policy.

8. What currency are the prices in?

A: All our prices are in Mexican Pesos (MXN).



9. What care should I take with my jewelry?

A: To keep your jewelry in good condition, please take into consideration the following tips:

- Avoid using jewelry when washing hands, applying perfume, applying moisturizer or any other type of cream.

- Avoid contact with detergents, soaps or other similar products.

- Avoid putting the piece of jewelry near sources of intense heat such as heaters, hot tubs, tanning beds, among others.

- Avoid wearing jewelry in the sun. Avoid wearing jewelry at the gym, at the beach, at the pool, or when doing any type of exercise.

These types of activities or environments can cause irreparable damage such as dents, scratches, loss of diamonds/zirconias, among others.


10. Do you do piercings at LUMAI?

A: Yes, we only do ear piercings. The piercings are done only when we have "Piercing Party" We notify in our networks with 1 week in advance of the day of the event. Our Piercing Party's can change location.

They usually take place from 16:00-19:00 hrs on Thursdays.

11. How much do the piercings cost?

A: Piercings in any part of the ear cost $250 MXN PER PIERCING, it includes a surgical steel earring.
